RVPs display antigenically correct viral surface proteins and, upon infection, express a convenient optical reporter in infected cells. We build RVPs on three non-replicative, BSL-2-safe core systems that each include an optical reporter. You can request a particular system, or we can recommend one or test multiple core systems to optimize your results.
