This recombinant monoclonal antibody neutralizes Zika. IM-ZKV081 (LM-081) has been shown to specifically neutralize both live virus and Reporter Virus Particles in cell-based experiments. The specificity of IM-ZKV081 is explained by its epitope, which is unique to Zika amongst flaviviruses, E protein Domain III residue I317.
