Integral Molecular’s VSV Reporter Virus Particles (RVPs) function as a control for RVP experiments to differentiate specific versus non-specific effects on neutralization. VSV RVPs are replication-incompetent pseudotyped virus particles that enable easy, high-throughput viral infectivity and neutralization assays using standard detection instrumentation. The RVPs display VSV-G on a heterologous lentiviral virus core and carry a modified genome that expresses a convenient optical reporter gene within 24 hours of cellular infection. Protocols are provided for neutralization and infectivity assays.
VSV has a broad tropism and is compatible for use with nearly all target cells including ACE2-HEK-293T
