Before Your First Order
Whether you plan to order using a Purchase Order or a credit card, you will need to register for an account before placing your first order. Account approval is a one-time process that takes 1-2 business days. If you have questions about ordering or account setup, please contact us.
Purchase Order (PO) Payments
If you wish to use a purchase order, place the desired items in your cart and proceed to checkout. Log in and verify your billing information, then under Payment choose “Purchase Order.”
Enter your PO number and upload it as a PDF. To complete your purchase, select “Place Order” and a confirmation email will be sent to the contact information provided.
We will process your order after we receive your PO. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from our billing department that contains your invoice and instructions for payment.
If you require a formal quote, you can skip the shopping cart and request a quote through our online form. You will receive an email that contains your quote and instructions for submitting a PO. Note that for large (bulk) orders, you must use this method to receive a bulk discount.
Credit Card Payments
Credit card purchases are available for customers shipping within the United States. Please note you will need to register for an account before placing your first credit card order. Until your account is approved, the credit card payment option will be greyed out.
To pay with credit card, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Log in and verify your billing information. Under Payment, choose Credit Card, and enter your card information.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email along with your invoice. We will process your order once we receive payment confirmation.
Invoicing
After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. For orders paid with PO, you will receive an email with your invoice and payment instructions. If you paid with a credit card and require a more-detailed invoice for your records, please contact sales@integralmolecular.com and we can provide one for you.
All invoices are Net 30* by default (exclusions apply). Please reach out to your Integral Molecular contact directly to inquire about different payment terms.
Shipping
All products are made in and shipped from the USA.
USA
Within the USA, most products are shipped via FedEx at on dry ice. We charge a modest $100 flat-rate shipping and handling fee for all domestic orders under $5,000. If you have any shipping requests for your order, please leave them in the orders comments section.
Orders typically arrive 1-2 days after shipping. We typically ship orders the Tuesday following receipt of a PO or payment. Exceptions may occur around US Federal holidays. Fridays at noon (12pm EST) are the cutoff for next-week shipments. For more urgent matters, please contact the sales team directly.
International Orders
International customers will receive an updated quote from our sales team after checkout that includes the cost of shipping with our approved carrier.
For items shipping outside the US, we require the use of a shipping provider that offers temperature monitoring and dry ice replenishment to ensure product integrity is maintained should there be any customs-related delays. We use World Courier and coordinate with them directly to obtain a quote for your shipment. We can work with other carriers if you have a preferred service, but this may delay shipment.
Orders typically arrive 2-3 days after the carrier picks up the order. Total time to arrival is typically 1-2 weeks after the order is placed but may vary based on region.

Returns or Errors
As scientists ourselves, we understand that you are putting your trust in our virology reagents when you purchase them. Your time and resources are limited, which is why we sell only the highest quality products. Sales Tax/VAT & Customs
Sales Tax (USA)
Do you charge sales tax within the US?
Depending on your location, you may be required to pay sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please provide your tax ID number in the account setup form.
VAT and Customs (EU/EEA, UK, Northern Ireland and Switzerland)
Do I have to pay VAT if I am outside of the US?
If you are located outside the USA, you may be required to pay VAT (Value-Added Tax) depending on your location. However, you may be entitled to a credit for VAT paid on goods imported for the purposes of your business. Please check with your relevant local authorities.
What information do I need to provide?
For EU/EEA and UK orders, please provide accurate VAT and EORI numbers in the account setup form to avoid any issues at customs. Please note that these numbers look very similar, but they are of different lengths. The EORI number is composed of a two-letter country code (e.g., DE) followed by more characters than the VAT number. If you do not know your VAT or EORI numbers, please contact your purchasing department or consult the per-country guidance below.
