  • Infectivity is determined in HEK-293T cells. Data are based on three independent tubes, each tested in quadruplicate. GFP positive cells were detected with an Intellicyt iQue flow cytometer. Increasing infectity is seen with increasing inputs of pseudovirus as expected. VSV with MLV RVPs can be used as a neutralization control with our transgenic ACE2 cells
